How the Calculator Works
Dose Formula: Dose (J/cm²) = Irradiance (mW/cm²) × Time (seconds) ÷ 1000
Distance Adjustment: Adjusted Irradiance = Rated Irradiance × (Rated Distance ÷ Actual Distance)²
